Welcome to Love, Peace & Soul Candles ”I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” & “our”. By placing an order with us or using -our(my)website:lovepeaceandsoulcandles@yahoo.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. (“Terms”)

1.  Products 

• We offer candles & related items as described on our (my) site.  Colors, scents , size & burn times may vary slightly from what appears online. 
• All products are for decorative, meditation & aromatic use.  PLEASE follow safety instructions (ex. Keep away from flammable materials, never leave a burning candle unattended, trim wick, follow all safety instructions listed on website,etc)

2.  Ordering & Payment 

• You must be 18 years old or older to place an order.
• Payment is required at the time of order. We (I) accept ( Mastercard, Visa, Pay-Pal , Venmo)
• All prices are in dollars & doesn’t include sales tax or shipping.
  

3.  Ordering Acceptance & Availability 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, error in price or description or inability to deliver. 
• If your order is cancelled after you’ve paid, we(I) will refund the payment in full.
  

4.  Shipping & Delivery 

• We ship to USA only.
• Delivery times are estimates & not guaranteed.  Delays may happen due to shipping providers (USPS, FEDEX , etc ).  Not responsible for shipping delays.
• Customers is responible for providing correct shipping address.

5.  Returns & Refunds

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days with photos.  We (I) will repair, replace as appropriate. ( CUSTOM  ORDERS ARE NON -REFUNDABLE)
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.  If we do, items must be in original conditions, unused, with 3 business days of receiving items. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

6.  Liability & Safety

• Our products are made with care using quality materials (coconut-apricot wax, cotton wicks, etc.) Eco- friendly materials, but improper use of candles can cause harm or damage.  We are not responsible for damage resulting for misuse.
• You agree to use candles only as intended, following ALL safety guidelines.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the candle in question.

7.  Intellecttual Property 

• Content on our site ( logos, candles, etc. ) is our property.  You may not reuse or reproduce it without permission.

8.  Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at the time.  Changes take effect when posted on our (my) website.  It’s your responsibility to review them occasionally.

9.  Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA
• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be handled in the courts New York, Suffolk County.
